Creative expression is tied directly to our unique life journeys. For most of my career, my creative energy went into mentoring, coaching, and inspiring people.

That shifted in 2017 when I moved to the Netherlands. Looking for new creative outlets, I walked into a pottery shop in Haarlem. The owner offered workshop space for potters, and as soon as a spot opened up, I jumped in. Surrounded by a community of makers, I started exploring 3D art, a practice I still love today.

My biggest turning point came in 2023. I asked an artist friend to help me paint a mural in my home. That collaboration completely hooked me on painting. Since then, I’ve participated in local art shows, sold my first pieces, and upgraded from a home setup to a dedicated studio space.

Now retired, I’m fully immersed in this creative chapter, constantly learning through courses and daily practice. While I predominantly work with acrylics, ink, pastels, and pencils on canvas and even craft my own wood panels. A recent watercolor course at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam completely opened up my perspective. It’s a medium I can’t wait to explore next.

Welcome to my space. I’m so glad you’re here.
